The way drug laws are policed and enforced in England and Wales is one of the key areas of systemic racism in the criminal justice system.The Colour of Injustice: ‘Race,’ drugs and law enforcement in the UK is a report by Stopwatch, Release and LSE’s International Drug Policy Unit, which ‘documents the disproportionate impact that drug law enforcement continues to have on black and minority ethnic communities in England and Wales.’
